We built it from the kitchen, the back office, and the closing shift. SUMS was created by a small team who've spent years working in restaurant operations — managing sites, building rotas at midnight, chasing invoices, and pulling P&L reports from five different spreadsheets.
We tried every tool on the market. None of them connected the things that actually matter. So we built the platform we wished existed.
